Bake it breast side down! The juices run into the breast as it cooks and it is very juicy this way. If you cut it up before you serve it, noone will know that the skin did not come out dark brown color on the breast side!
You can also rub it with olive oil before you bake it.
Another good idea is to make your own seasoned butter by taking your favorite spices and mixing them into your butter until creamy. Then, place it between the skin and meat of the turkey and bake. Oh Yum!
