So far this week I have focused on potatoes! They are so versatile! You can use them for any meal: breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can also use them to make snacks such as chips. Sweet potatoes make great fries and casseroles. Here are several articles I have written about potatoes:

Sometime last year I posted a recipe for the famous, Bone Fish Grill: Bang Bang Shrimp. (If you have no clue what I am talking about, click this recipe: Bang Bang Shrimp)
I made the shrimp along side of balsamic vinegar broccoli... which I got from the Bigger Loser cookbook (I'll post that soon).
I once again got rave reviews from the family. I suggest trying this dish! To lessen the fat, I used low fat mayo and Smart Balance oil. Still, by no means is this shrimp a low fat dish!

Happy March! Yes, today is March 1st and in Raleigh, NC last night, it sure lived up to its name and came in like a LION!
However, today is a beautiful day filled with sunshine and cool breezes!
In addition, I got an email from Pillsbury today with a link to Birthday recipes they claimed they put together just for me! Even if they didn't it was a thoughtful way of saying Happy Birthday!
